Mardini Pasteurized Butter oil is a high-quality product made from fresh milk fat. It contains fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and essential fatty acids. It provides a quick energy source due to faster absorption than vegetable oil.
As compared to industrially-produced butter of 80-85 percent of fat content, this type contains more fat and more nutritional factors. The flavor of the butter is determined by the grass that the cattle has grazed on.
It has a minimum shelf life of one year in cool and dry storage condition.
It can be used for cooking and baking, particularly for traditional Iranian sweets.
