Permeate powder (UF process)

Pedam Permeate Powder is made from fresh UF milk permeate which has been pasteurized, evaporated and then spray dried. It has a maximum of 1% milk fat.
Pedam Permeate Powder is typically used for its functional properties in food formulations.

Regarding its high content of lactose which can produce colour compounds with good flavour due to Millard reaction during heat treatment, it is used in dairy products especially kashk and Ghareghorot.other uses: confectionery and Chocolate , Bakery ,Biscuit and Cookie, Snack Foods.
